TRAIN WITH THE AIR FORCE WRESTLING TEAM & RAFOFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THE CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. ADDITIONALLY, PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A STANDARD BACKGROUND CHECK. THE CONTEST WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The “Train with the Air Force Wresting Team & RAF” (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and complete a standard background check.  Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of RAHM, Inc. (“Administrator”) and its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies, including but not limited to the United States Air Force (“USAF” or “Sponsor”) and their employees involved with the Contest, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) are not eligible to enter or win.  The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

2. CONTEST PERIOD:

Contest begins at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on October 22, 2023, and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on December 31, 2026 (“Contest Period”).  Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.

4. ENTRY

Contestants must complete a basic registration form provided by RAF for entry. The contest form will be at: www.realamericanfreestyle.com/train-with-the-air-force

All entries must be received and recorded during the contest period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid.  To be valid, each Entry must comply with all Official Rules. Limit one (1) Entry per person.

Entry will be confirmed upon a thank you message after submission.

5. CONTEST DRAWING

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing following the completion of the contest. The drawing will occur the week of January 4^th, 2027. A winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6.  WINNER NOTIFICATION

‍

The winner will be notified via email message and will be required to respond to the notification within seven (7) days following the end of contest, indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If the winner does not respond to the notification within the Contest period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Any alternative potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein.

Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.  Note: Any communication between a potential winner and Sponsor or its agencies regarding this Contest (e.g., phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

7. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: (1 total): The winner of the Contest and guest will receive an invitation to train with the Air Force Wrestling team and an RAF athlete. Contest winner will have to pay for all travel and accommodations needed to participate in the price.

If Sponsor elects, potential winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check.  Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential winner will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor.  If requested, potential winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information.  In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY:  

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice, review or approval as permitted by law.

8. RELEASE:  

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold USAF and RAHM, Inc. harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Administrator and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Arbitration shall be held virtually.

10. DATA COLLECTION:

By entering the Contest, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Sponsor, Administrator, and its authorized agents/suppliers, strictly for the purpose of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility (including age and identity), and fulfilling prizes. Personal data collected typically includes your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy as outlined at the link below. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and fulfill prizes or up to three (3) months after the competition closes, unless required longer by law. The Sponsor and Administrator will not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you have provided explicit, opt-in box consent. You may withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
