OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

‍1. ENTRY PERIOD. The RAF03 Ticket Give Away Contest  (“Contest”) will begin at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 25, 2025, and end at 11:59 pm ET on November 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). 

2. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Employees and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of employees of the Real American Wrestling, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, partners, officers, governors, employees, and agents, including RAHM,Inc., are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to thisContest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

3. ENTRIES. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. To enter the Contest an Entrant must visit https://nation.foxnews.com/real-american-freestyle-hulk-hogan-tribute-nation/ via your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Contest quick response (“QR”) code visible during the streaming broadcast presentation of the RAF02 professional freestyle wrestling event taking place at 7:00pm ET on October 25, 2025, on Fox Nation’s Streaming network. You will be re-directed to a web page at http://realamericanfreestyle.com/ where you may complete and submit an online entry (“Entry”).

• Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an entry.  To scan a QR code, participants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and/or QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received.  If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device.  You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader for your specific device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges.  Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.  Not all wireless carriers participate.
• All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid.  To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Entry per person.  
• Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered an entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.
• If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER. One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected at random from among all eligible Entries received on or about November 1, 2025 from among all eligible entries received by Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified by 12:00 p.m. ET on November 1, 2025, via email or the social-media platform Entrant used to submit his or her Entry. If the potential winner does not respond to the notification within the twenty-four (24) hour time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner.

‍5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION; ODDS. The Winner will receive four (4) V.I.P. tickets to theRAF03 professional freestyle wrestling event at Wingate Center in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday, November 29, 2025 (together, the “Prize”) (total approximate retail value of the Prize: $2,000). Every aspect of the Prize, including but not limited to location of the tickets, will, in each case, be determined by Real American Wrestling, Inc. in its sole discretion, and all tickets shall be subject to the same rules and regulations as regularly sold tickets. Real American Wrestling, Inc. shall not be responsible for any expenses associated with the Prize, including but not limited to travel accommodations, transportation expenses, or food and beverage. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner may not sell, assign, transfer, or substitute the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) or redeem the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) for cash value. Winner will be responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize and for any expenses associated with the Prize. Prize does not include transportation. Winner may be required to sign, at the request of and in the sole discretion of Real American Freestyle, Inc. or Fox Audio, a Release, an Affidavit of Eligibility, and/or a Prize Acceptance Form in order to receive the Prize (or any portion of the Prize). Real American Wrestling, Inc. reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any prize of greater or equal value.  

6. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY. Neither Real American Wrestling, Inc. nor Fox Audio shall be responsible for Entries that are incomplete, improperly submitted, stolen, misdirected, lost, late, or damaged. All Entries become the property of Real American Wrestling, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, each Entrant agrees to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Real American Wrestling, Inc., Fox Audio and each of their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, damages, claims, and causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of (a) Entrant’s participation in this Contest, (b) Entrant’s Entry or any registration material on any related website, (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, or (d) the receipt, participation in, or use of the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) or any replacement prize that may be awarded herein, including any travel associated with the Prize. 

7. CONSENT OF USE. Each Entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind, to the editing, modification, replication, publication, and other use of the names, likenesses, photographs, voices, Entries, and the like of each Entrant in any medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, the Real American Wrestling, Inc. and Fox Audio websites and in any and all advertising, promotions, and other publicity conducted by Real American Wrestling, Inc. and each of their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, governors, employees, and agents, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns any and all rights he or she may have over his or her Entry to Real American Wrestling, Inc. and Fox Audio without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind. 

8. RULES. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of Real American Wrestling, Inc.and may be changed from time to time without notice. Real American Wrestling, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time without notice. 

9. DISPUTES. This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Each Entrant agrees that any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of, relating to or connected with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration, which will be conducted in Tampa, Florida, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties fail to reach agreement upon the appointment of an arbitrator within thirty (30) days following receipt by one party of the other party’s notice of desire to arbitrate, the arbitrator shall be selected from a list or lists of persons submitted by the AAA. The selection process shall be that which is set forth in the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing, except that if the parties fail to select an arbitrator from one or more lists, AAA shall not have the power to make an appointment but shall continue to submit additional lists until an arbitrator has been selected. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain any punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits (collectively, “Special Damages”), and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. 

10. FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Real American Wrestling, Inc. nor Fox Audio shall be responsible for the failure or interruption of any website, webpage, or social-media platform mentioned herein, any email server, or the cancellation or postponement of a RAF event or any drawing for any reason including, but not limited to, equipment failure or malfunction, electrical service interruption, or any act of God. In addition, in the event that Real American Wrestling, Inc. or Fox Audio is prevented from continuing with the Contest by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, epidemic, flood, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Contest by any party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the control of Real American Wrestling, Inc. or Fox Audio shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest. 

11. MARKETING DISCLAIMER. By entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees to receive communications from Real American Wrestling, Inc., subject to opting out when Entrant so desires. Entrant’s information will not be shared or sold to any outside party. 

‍12. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Each Entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter from any claims, responsibility, or liability relating to their participation in this Contest. Copyright/trademark/service mark infringements are not intended or implied.
